The following organizational scheme with organization bodies is adopted to ensure the best quality, monitoring, and evaluation of the project:
1. Project and Financial Management: UE Katowice,
2. Study program design Management: CEU Valencia and Aschaffenburg UAS
3. Dissemination/Communication Management: UE Katowice
4. Quality Management: Aschaffenburg UAS
The coordination of the project, as well as the development of project deliverables, were facilitated through regular meetings of the consortium members in an online and hybrid form. The project meetings took place in:
1. Rome on 28-29th June 2022
2. Online on 27th October 2022
3. Aschaffenburg on 6th December
3. Annecy on 27th February
The Consortium decided on Slack and Google Drive as main tools of cooperation, which ensure fluent communication between partners.
